Seminar
Testimonials:
What do the Pros Say?
"Thank you Aaron. You are
good as I've been told. I
appreciate what you do and
like your approach as I feel
many in your position are a
little too soft. This makes
them popular with athletes
but also a crutch in my
opinion. You are stern with
your expectations and I like
that."
Glenn
Moore, Head Softball Coach,
Baylor University
"Our girls really like Coach
Traub and we definitely benefit
from working with him. He gets
to know me and my staff and
makes it easier for us to get
the girls to just do their job
to the best of their ability. I
like his no excuses style and
his ability to get right to the
point of the issues we are
dealing with."
Debbie
Hedrick, UTA Softball Head Coach
"Brilliant. You did a brilliant
job."
Tim Mead, VP-American Baseball
Coaches Association and
Coordinator of Speakers for the
2010 national convention, where
Coach Traub spoke. To get a copy

Aaron is
“very knowledgeable about the
game of baseball and about
coaching techniques. He knows
how to coach, how to handle
young people.” quoted from p.
101 of Coaching the Mental Game
by Harvey Dorfman, Author and
Mental Skills Coach for the MLB
clients of Scott Boras.

SEMINARS
Performance Enhancement
Seminar

CHANGE IS INEVITABLE
GROWTH IS
OPTIONAL
Do
you want to approach your
potential and guarantee
success on the diamond? Do
you work hard and have the
capability, but lack
consistency? Do you want to
perform well under pressure
and win most of your very
close games? Of course you
do, so please understand
that the way to achieve
these goals is not by
improving your physical
skills, but by improving
your mental skills such as
confidence, focus, attitude,
teamwork, and courage. To
succeed, you need a plan
that is guaranteed to work
if you execute it precisely.
This seminar will give you
distinctions about how to
"win" the mental side of the
game by clarifying the three
steps of a BEST EFFORT
performance, developing your
self-awareness, and
providing you with
strategies for anchoring
successful thoughts,
feelings, and behaviors.
Today’s society teaches the
physical skills of
performance impressively
well, but it’s usually a
sink-or-swim world when it
comes to mental skills. Help
is now available! If you
have invested significant
time or money into your
performance, but have not
maxed out your potential,
then you cannot afford to
miss this seminar!
Why should parents attend?
(Parents are free with team
or individual ticket
purchase!)
- To hear what sports
psychologists are saying
about how to "win" the
mental side of the game.
- To support their daughter
and her team effectively
- To gain a college coach’s
perspective.
- To hear someone else tell
your teenager what you have
been telling her for a long
time! We're teaching the
same things and athletes
listen when Coach Traub
talks, even when it's about
body language, positive
attitude, and doing what's
right every time.
Athletes can train their
brain just like they train
their body. If you’re not
consistently playing your
best ball, you can imitate
the patterns of thought of
the greatest athletes in the
world so that you ‘WIN’ the
mental side of the game.
Here’s food for thought:
avoid BAD little words like
“can’t,” “gotta,” “fail,”
and “should” and replace
them with powerful words
like “can,” “want,” “learn,”
and “could / opportunity.”
What have attendees said
about Coach Traub’s Mental
Training?
“The day after your
Performance Enhancement
Seminar our team came back
from 6 runs down and won.”
“One of the players who
attended the seminar on
Sunday night went 3 for 4
last night with a Grand Slam
and 2 doubles. Not bad for
the #9 hitter who was
fighting for a starting
position.”
“You said we could and would
upset Poteet (ranked #1 in
the state - baseball 2008
playoffs), but I wasn’t
sure. Then you told us how
and I believed. Then I led
off the seventh of Game 3
with a double over the
center fielder and then
scored the winning run. We
did it! It was the greatest
feeling in the world! I know
I earned it, but I certainly
appreciate your help.”
“My daughter really got a
lot out of hearing you speak
and she purchased your book.
This is a kid who hates
reading! I’ve caught her
reading it several times
already.”
"Thanks again for coming out
to speak at our event.
Everyone I spoke to was
quite impressed with your
presentation. I started
your book last night at the
fire station and found that
I could not "control"
myself. It makes for great
reading. I found myself
trying to apply your
principles to my job and how
I can improve myself as a
supervisor to my guys."
"We had our first game
yesterday since your
meeting. Wow - there was a
noticeable difference. No
fighting or bickering in the
dugout. It was actually
pleasant. Not perfect, but a
great step in the right
direction. We won 11-4."
"Thank you for tonight. I
know you're probably still up
there [at school], but I just
got home and realized how much
you know about what you do. Thank you for coming and
sharing your knowledge, and I
hope it has impacted more
members of our team because if
it did, I believe we will now be
much stronger as a whole. Thank
you again. "
"My son Jacob Harris and I
enjoyed your seminar very much.
You hit the head on the nail on
several things I have believed
in myself. I can see why you
enjoy your job. It must be very
fulfilling. I have spent many
years on the fields and in the
gym with my son coaching youth
sports. I was very glad to hear
that I was using the same kind
of thinking that you
communicated in your seminar.
Thanks."
"My son and I thoroughly
enjoyed your presentation and
have benefited greatly from the
information and techniques you
shared. I am applying them in my
everyday business affairs and I
can tell a huge difference in
Jared and his attitude,
especially when his performance
is not what he would like for it
to be. He has mellowed out a lot
and the "emotional valleys" are
not as deep as they once were.
Thanks so much and keep up the
good work. Who knows, someday
you may be called the "Athlete
Whisperer."
"I would like to thank you
for speaking to our team this
year. I truly believe it helped
and will help us in the future.
It has helped me in more ways
than one. As of right now, I am
playing some of the best
baseball I have ever played. My
focus is there, I am preparing
differently than I used to, and
my attitude couldn’t be better,
and you are the reason for a lot
of my success I believe."
