Small Group Mental Skills Training Series

Limit 6 Participants Per Evening; 7:30-8:45 p.m. Mondays in The Colony

Ages 15-21; 3 sessions = $90; 6 sessions = $150

Advanced training designed for people who have attended one of Coach Traub's camps or team workshops already.  This mental training will help any athlete improve consistency and accelerate the improvement process.  The next session's primary topics will be confidence and focus.
