You spend
lots of time and energy
practicing your physical
skills, but do you get the
results you deserve? Most
professional athletes say
that their game is more than
80% mental. Mental skills
improve with proper practice
just like physical skills
do. How much time do you
spend practicing your mental
skills?
Many athletes sink
or swim with their mental
game because they have no
idea how to improve these
all-important skills. You
must know what works so you
can repeat it and know what
doesn’t work so you can
change it.
Without awareness, no
adjustment is possible. I
know…easy for me to say, but
you can do it. If you are
truly committed to achieving
your goals, rather than just

It’s up to you. If you
are going to approach your
